We just wrapped up 2013 and rang in what we can only hope will be an awesome 2014! Before we completely moved past a wonderful 2013, we wanted to look back at everything we had accomplished in the year. We decided to be trendy and create an infographic that would showcase a great summary of the numbers of everything we did. So, without further ado…. The Charleston Crafted 2013 Year in Review Infographic!
As a disclaimer, technically, this is a review from March-December, because when we switch blog hosting platforms, we lost all our data prior to March, but you get the picture.
As you can see, 25% of our blog traffic came from just five posts. The posts were our No Sew Pillow Covers, How to Get Cat Pee Out of a Microfiber Couch, How to Bake Corn on the Cob, No Sew Curtains and 8 Can Tortilla Soup. The trend I see in the posts is that they are very practical for people’s everyday lives. We’re glad so many people have found help through our blog.
While these are practical, we also wanted to share what we thought were our top five favorite projects we completed this year. In no particular order, our string art, hinged photo frame, dream closet makeover, driftwood coffee table, and board and batten to the guest bathroom were our favorite. These were really fun projects to work on that all added really amazing pieces to our home. Stand in any given room in the condo an you will be able to see at least one of these projects.
2013 was an awesome year where we were able to do so many cool projects and learn so much along the way. We can’t wait to see what 2014 has in store for us!
Hey there, I’m Sean, the woodworking enthusiast and builder behind CharlestonCrafted.com! Since 2012, I’ve been sharing the magic of turning raw materials into beautiful creations.
