Step 1: Cut toilet paper roll in half

Step 2: Cut slits 75% of the way up each half. You can leave straight or cut to pointed ends

Step 3: Repeat for the second half

Step 4: Paint as desired - one color or two.

Step 5: Use craft glue to attach one ring inside the other

Step 6: Hang and enjoy!
