Of course, it was important for us to get photos with our families after the ceremony. While we were taking bridal party photos in front of the venue and on the rooftop (and our family was enjoying the cocktail hour), our coordinator removed the chairs from under the ceremony tent and moved the cross to in front of the water. We used this spot as our portraits area. I love the photos that we got!
As is the case with weddings, it’s one of a very few times in your life where you can get all, or most, of your family together in one place. Everyone moves around and it’s hard to get people together once families start to grow. Getting pictures with our families on the most special day of our lives was very important to have in the future to look back on. These photos will be ones that we will cherish forever.
